Job Description
JD For Field Sales Executive:
Seeking a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell 3M bodyshop products to automobile workshops, garages, and dealerships. Responsible for lead generation, client visits, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit workshops/bodyshops and generate new business
- Sell 3M products (abrasives, polishing, masking, etc.)
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat sales
- Achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (automotive preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler preferred(Bike)
