About Job:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets in line with the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
· Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and expand the customer base.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to formulate effective sales plans.
· Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication, professional conduct, and after-sales support.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any Stream.
· Proven experience in Sales minimum 2 years. (preferred real estate or infrastructure industry)
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, customer trends, and sales strategies.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
