**Position:** Business Development Executive

**Location:** PAN India

💼 Job Details:

* **Salary:** ₹23,000 – ₹28,000 (based on location & experience)

* **Fuel Allowance:** ₹2,000 – ₹4,000

* **Incentives:** ₹2,000 – ₹20,000 (performance-based)

* **Career Growth:** Promotion opportunities within 3 months (based on performance)

* **Weekly Off:** Sunday (fixed)

* **Salary Credit Date:** 1st of every month

🧾 Eligibility Criteria:

* **Experience:** Relevant field sales experience required (preferably in fintech or merchant acquisition)

* **Qualification:** Minimum 12th pass

* **Age Limit:** 18 – 35 years

* **Mandatory Documents:** PAN Card

* **Vehicle:** Two-wheeler required

### 📋 Key Responsibilities:

* Onboard new merchants and maintain existing relationships

* Conduct regular field visits to assigned customer locations

* Promote and sell PhonePe devices such as Smart Boxes and Sound Boxes

* Achieve sales targets and ensure merchant satisfaction

### 📍 Work Location:

* Assigned based on the candidate’s current residential location
