Field Sales Executive

🚀 Job Opening: Field Executive We are hiring a motivated and energetic Field Executive to support our business expansion in Heat Pump Water Heaters, Plumbing Solutions, and Commercial Projects.

📍 Key Responsibilities:• Identify and search for new project sites (Hotels, Hospitals, Apartments, Commercial Buildings)

• Visit construction sites and meet builders, contractors, consultants & decision-makers

• Generate new leads through field visits and references

• Prepare and send quotations to clients

• Regular follow-up with prospects

• Negotiate and close deals

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project execution

🎯 Required Skills:• Strong communication and convincing ability

• Confidence in client meetings

• Field sales experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of construction or plumbing industry is an advantage

• Two-wheeler and valid license preferred

• Target-oriented mindset

💼 Experience:• 1–3 years in field sales / project sales preferred

• Freshers with strong confidence and communication skills may apply
