Retail Sales Executive (Field Sales) – ACT Fibernet📍 Location: South Delhi

Job DescriptionACT Fibernet is hiring Retail Sales Executives for its Field Sales team. In this role, candidates will be responsible for generating new broadband connections by meeting customers in the assigned area and promoting ACT Fibernet's internet plans.

The role involves visiting residential societies, apartments, markets, and nearby localities to identify potential customers, explain broadband plans, understand customer requirements, and convert leads into successful sales. Candidates will also assist customers with the registration process, complete required documentation, and coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely activation of new broadband connections.

This is a target-based field sales role that requires regular customer interaction and travel within the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new broadband sales through field marketing.
• Visit customers in the assigned area and explain ACT Fibernet broadband plans.
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Complete customer documentation and coordinate installations.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers until connection activation.
