Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the loan industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling multiple loan products, including Personal Loan (PL), Business Loan (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Overdraft (OD), and Mortgage Loans. The candidate should be confident in lead generation, customer interaction, and end-to-end sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Explain loan products and understand customer financial requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Overdraft, and Mortgage Loans.
- Guide customers through the loan application process.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Follow up regularly with customers until loan disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/MIS.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales/telecalling.
- Good knowledge of Personal Loan (PL), Business Loan (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Overdraft (OD), and Mortgage Loans.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in loan sales.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
