Field Sales Representative – Hotel Linen Sales (Delhi NCR)
Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to expand our hotel linen business across the Delhi NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for visiting hotels, meeting hotel owners and purchase managers, presenting product samples, developing strong client relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
The role requires regular field visits, coordination with the head office sales team, and proactive market development through both scheduled meetings and cold visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit hotels, resorts, guest houses, and hospitality businesses across Delhi NCR to promote hotel linen products.
- Meet hotel owners, purchase managers, housekeeping heads, and procurement teams to present product samples and explain product features.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate new leads through market research, networking, references, and cold visits.
- Coordinate closely with the head office sales team regarding scheduled appointments, follow-ups, quotations, and client requirements.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable linen solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain records of daily visits, customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Identify competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely communication between customers and the operations/support team for smooth order execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in hospitality, textiles, furnishings, or hotel supplies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Delhi NCR.
- Ability to build relationships and work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email communication, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Must possess a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience dealing with hotels or hospitality procurement teams.
- Understanding of hotel linen products such as bedsheets, towels, pillow covers, duvets, and bath linens.
- Strong networking and market development abilities.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
