Field Job Hai Yeh. Bike/Scooter Hona Chahiye. Client Support And Training On Tablets And Computers Inside Hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Training the hospital staff.
- Product demonstration
- Handholding customers and solving their queries.
- Resolving Technical issues related to wifi, hardware, android etc.
- Answer queries and issues of product functionality
- Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Report bugs and coordinate with the software engineers for eta and resolution
- Ability to research and arrive at solution
- Analyze the pain areas of the customer in terms of their operations and relate it with software features and explain the benefits.
