Job Description
Oversee day-to-day accounting entries
* Ensure proper ledger scrutiny and reconciliations
* Finalization of accounts
* Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, and balance sheet analysis
* Handle GST returns, reconciliation, and compliance
* Manage TDS, income tax filings, and statutory requirements
* Supervise accounts team and assign tasks
* Review work and ensure accuracy
* Train and guide junior staff
