Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily hospital/clinic operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The candidate will manage staff, patient flow, hygiene standards, and overall floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations of the hospital/clinic floor
• Ensure smooth patient handling and coordination
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, nursing, and support staff
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Resolve patient concerns and operational issues
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments
• Ensure discipline and compliance with hospital protocols
• Maintain reports and operational records
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any field
• Experience: 3–5 years in hospital/clinic operations or floor management
