Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily audits across multiple outlets covering:
  • Product quality checks
  • Hygiene and cleanliness audits (store + staff)
  • Customer experience and service audits
  • SOP compliance across all stations
  • Maintain structured audit reports with clear problem statements and root causes
  • Drive consistency in product, service, and operations across all outlets
  • Work closely with Store Managers, Shift Managers. 
  • Ensure all outlets are audit-ready at all times
