Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) / Senior Guest Service Associate (Sr. GSA) for a Fine Dining Restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Take food & beverage orders accurately and suggest menu recommendations
• Ensure timely and efficient service as per fine dining standards
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and ongoing promotions
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant area
• Ensure table setup and presentation standards are maintained
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Build positive guest relationships to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Fine Dining / Luxury Restaurant / Hospitality industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed personality with customer-centric attitude
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure
• Candidates from luxury hotels or premium dining brands preferred

• Upselling and guest engagement skills
• Team coordination and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of international dining etiquette and service standards

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

Designation Criteria

• GSA: 1–3 years of experience
• Sr. GSA: 3+ years of relevant experience with strong service expertise
