Job Description
Ther Head for Facility Management & Manpower Outsourcing will oversee all hard and soft services, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and maximum client satisfaction. This dual-role requires managing in-house teams and a large outsourced workforce, handling vendor relationships, budget control, and strategic planning for building operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Operations (Facility Management)
· Develop and implement comprehensive facility management policies and procedures, including preventative maintenance, safety standards, and security protocols.
· Ensure all buildings and grounds meet high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety (OSHA/local regulations).
· Supervise maintenance teams and manage external vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and security systems.
· Coordinate office relocations, workspace reconfigurations, and capital projects.
· 2. Manpower Outsourcing & Talent Management
· Supervise and manage a large team of outsourced employees (housekeeping, security, security, cafeteria, technical staff).
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, including wage regulations, PF/ESI, and payroll, as listed on Naukri.com.
· Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation of staff.
· Ensure high service quality, customer satisfaction, and resolve staff-related issues
3. Financial & Vendor Management
· Prepare and monitor facility budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without sacrificing quality.
· Negotiate contracts with service providers, monitor vendor performance, and ensure SLA compliance.
· Manage procurement and inventory of facility supplies and maintenance parts.
4. Safety & Compliance
· Ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, including fire safety systems and emergency preparedness.
· Obtain, maintain, and renew all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications for facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: 10–15+ years of experience in facility
management, with significant experience in managing outsourced manpower.
· Leadership: Proven track record of leading large, diverse teams.
·
· Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, vendor management, and crisis management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in industrial or healthcare facility management
