Job Description
Admin/ Customer Service Executive
OBJECTIVE
To perform a variety of routine data entry activities in accordance with established operational procedures
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
¨ Attend to all customer service calls from the club members and provide solution as per set SOP’s
¨ Register all such calls according to the set procedure in a logbook and computer for the records
¨ Make variety of follow up calls as described by the manager in a timely fashion.
¨ Verify accuracy, validity, and completion of transcribed data by computer verification, proofreading computer display or printout, or other applicable methods and make corrections as necessary
¨ Operate a variety of data entry equipment to transform, transcribe and verify source material to computer-readable media
¨ Enter into database and retrieve data from computer terminal according to established guidelines
¨ Research lost or missing information in accordance with established procedures
¨ Reformat, rearrange and/or interpret material as necessary, utilizing standard company applications and methods
¨ Verify accuracy, validity and completion of transcribed data by computer verification, proofreading computer display or printout, or other applicable methods and make corrections as necessary
¨ Compile reports from existing records
¨ Assist with special projects by searching computer files and gathering records as requested
¨ Maintain associated logs, records and tracking reports in accordance with established priorities and procedures
¨ Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
¨ Liaise with the Manager-Administration & PR to ensure that all data requested is correct, complete and delivered in a timely manner
¨ Maintain all the logs related to the deliveries of the membership packages
¨ Maintain all the logs related to pick and drop facility wherever applicable
¨ Maintenance & upkeep of the marketing office
¨ Prepare weekly & monthly sales charts
¨ Vendor management & inventory system
