Head - Sales Branded Products - Delhi | Grasim Chlor Alkali | Chemicals
Job Purpose - To develop product/brand based on existing portfolio of products (mainly water treatment) in the business. Develop strategy for customers and market expansion to meet business objective of sales & profit.

1. Market Mapping – Geographic and behavioural segmentation | • Meet existing customers. |
2. Revenue, Volume & EBITDA | • Deliver business volume, revenue & profitability. |
3. Business expansion through New Product & application development | • Expand PV trials. |
4. New Business and market expansion | • Understand customer requirements. |
5. Develop product adjacencies leading to Chlorine derivatives | • Develop products & vendors. |
6. Sustainable Growth of Specialty Chemical | • Commercialise new products and hand over to Sales. |
7. Customer satisfaction & Feedback | • Product continuity. |
8. Develop & motivate team | • Provide direction. |
