Job Description

Role Overview:

We are hiring female GDAs for home care services, specifically for 12-hour and 24-hour duty shifts. The role involves providing continuous support to elderly, bedridden, or recovering patients at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with bathing, feeding, grooming, and hygiene
  • Provide mobility support (walking, wheelchair, bed transfer)
  • Monitor basic vitals (temperature, pulse)
  • Maintain patient cleanliness and surrounding hygiene
  • Support day/night care as per shift (12 hrs / 24 hrs)
  • Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • GDA / ANM / caregiver training preferred
  • Experience in home care or hospital preferred
  • Willingness to work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
  • Polite behavior and patient handling skills

Work in a professional home healthcare setup and get regular patient assignments.
