HR Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Executive who can independently manage statutory compliance, payroll support, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Law Compliance, and statutory challan generation & filing.

Key Responsibilities

• Statutory Compliance Independently handle EPF, ESI, and Professional Tax (PT) compliance.
• Generate and process PF, ESI, and PT challans within statutory timelines.
• File monthly and annual statutory returns as per government regulations.
• Ensure timely submission of compliance reports and maintain statutory records.
• Coordinate with government departments and consultants for compliance-related matters.
• Stay updated with changes in labour laws and statutory regulations.

Payroll & Employee

• Records Support monthly payroll processing.
• Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
• Generate salary-related reports and statutory reports.

HR Operations

• Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
• Maintain HRMS and employee database.
• Handle employee queries related to PF, ESI, PT, and payroll.
• Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation.
