Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Tata Teleco Road
Reports To: [Owner / Operations Head / Director]
Role OverviewThe HR professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, selection)
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Ensure timely hiring for all roles
2. Onboarding & Training
- Conduct induction and onboarding formalities
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist in training and development initiatives
3. Employee Management
- Handle attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling
- Address employee concerns and grievances
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
4. Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts team
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Maintain HR policies as per labour laws
5. Performance Management
- Support performance review processes
- Track employee productivity and provide reports
- Assist in setting KPIs and appraisal systems
6. HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HR MIS reports
- Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, warning, exit)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning
- Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5 years of HR experience (industry flexible; hospitality/QSR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred (for QSR / Hospitality)Experience in bulk hiring (kitchen/service staff)
- Understanding of shift-based workforce management
- Hands-on with attendance and payroll tools
- Key TraitsPeople-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Organized and detail-focused
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
