Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee payroll, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture while driving strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
- Prepare salary sheets and payslips.
2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.
- Stay updated with labor laws and tax regulations.
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Handle deductions such as loans, advances, taxes, and benefits.
4. Record Maintenance
- Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security.
- Update employee details in payroll systems.
5. Coordination
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary and deductions.
- Assist during audits and provide required payroll reports.
6. Reporting
- Generate payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliation statements.
- Provide management with payroll analytics and insights.
7. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
8. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
9. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMIS systems.
10. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance and provide feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in setting KPIs and evaluation frameworks.
