Job Description
Performing end to end recruitment process which includes, understanding clients requirements of different profiles, finding appropriate candidates through using different portals and line up candidates for the interviews. Making the selected candidates join the company and retaining the candidate.
- Screening candidates, calling and explaining the job profiles and companies requirement to them.
- Preparing candidates and lining them up for the interview.
- Coordinating with companies for manpower requirements
