Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for Hard Core Talent Recruiters having experience in the field of industrial automation field.
- Sourcing & Advertising: Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Strategy & Metrics: Develop recruitment strategies, track metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), and ensure a positive candidate experience
