Job Description
Urgent Hiring for Talent Acquisition Executive (HR Fresher)
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates from portals (Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct first-level HR interviews to assess candidates.
Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely interview scheduling.
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain candidate database & follow up with shortlisted candidates
Support onboarding & joining formalities
Meet recruitment deadlines and maintain hiring quality.
Skills Needed:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Working Days: Monday–Saturday (Sunday off)
