HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for our real estate organization, talent management

employee relations, and compliance. The role involves managing recruitment for sales teams, other staff and freelancers appointment for 

sales channels, Making sure all rules and company policies are followed, while creating a strong and motivated team that performs 

well in a fast-moving, target-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end freelance or full time recruitment for sales executives, channel partners, and other staff

* Develop HR strategies aligned with real estate business goals

* Handle Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.

* Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling

* Design and implement performance management systems (especially for sales teams)

* Monitor attendance, payroll coordination, and incentive structures

* Maintain HR records, contracts, and employee documentation

* Plan employee engagement activities and retention strategies

* Support management in organizational development and workforce planning

* Making marketing strategies and project related PPTs
