We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional who can help us build a strong company culture, hire top talent, streamline HR operations, and improve employee performance.
Role Overview: The HR Executive / HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, team coordination, HR policies, employee engagement, attendance tracking, performance management, and maintaining a positive work culture.
The ideal candidate should understand startup culture, move fast, communicate clearly, and solve problems independently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringSource and hire candidates for marketing, sales, operations, creative, and management roles
- Post jobs on portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview rounds with department heads
- Maintain hiring pipeline and candidate database
- Ensure quick turnaround in recruitment
- Employee OnboardingConduct onboarding sessions for new hires
- Manage joining formalities and documentation
- Explain company SOPs, policies, KPIs, and workflows
- Ensure smooth integration into teams
- HR OperationsMaintain employee records and attendance
- Handle leave management and employee coordination
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents
- Manage employee databases and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Employee Engagement & CultureBuild a positive and disciplined work environment
- Conduct team engagement activities
- Resolve employee concerns professionally
- Improve communication between departments
- Support leadership in team management
- Performance ManagementTrack employee KPIs and performance reviews
- Coordinate weekly/monthly review meetings
- Identify underperformance and improvement plans
- Help create accountability systems across teams
- Requirements1–4+ years experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience hiring for startups, agencies, or digital companies preferred
- Good understanding of HR processes and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Organized, disciplined, and execution-focused
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, HR tools, and recruitment platforms
- Hindi + English communication required
