✔️ Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
✔️ POSH Policy Management
✔️ HR Policies & Documentation
✔️ Employee Engagement & Relations
✔️ HR Operations & Grievance Handling
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws
Experience in POSH compliance & HR policy implementation
Good communication and people management skills
3–8 years of relevant HR experience preferred
