Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Professional to join our leadership team. This individual will be pivotal in the execution of key business initiatives.

Areas of Responsibility

·      Talent acquisition: Team building by acquiring talent for the team.

·      Leadership: Lead and inspire the team to exceed performance benchmarks. Develop and execute strategies that support business objectives.

·      Accountability: Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

·      Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics and recommend enhancements. Recognizing team members based on their performance with awards and rewards.

·      Mentoring & Career planning: Mentor and support team members’ professional growth for Career & Succession planning.

·      Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.

·      Grievance handling: Addressing grievances

Requirements

·      Graduate or Diploma holder minimum, post graduate will be preferred with 15+ years of proven experience in leadership positions.

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead a team, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of delivering results.

In the age group of 35-65 preferable. There is no retirement in this job.
