Job Description
Key Result Areas (KRAs) – HR Manager (Recruitment & Operations)
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, consultants, and social media.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
Ensure timely closure of positions within TAT.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Improve quality of hiring and candidate experience.
2. HR Operations
Oversee employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee data systems.
Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts team.
Handle HR audits and statutory documentation.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
Support performance management processes.
Promote positive workplace culture and retention initiatives.
4. HR Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain statutory records and reports.
Support audits related to HR and compliance.
5. Performance & Reporting
Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
Track recruitment metrics like:
Time-to-hire
Cost-per-hire
Offer-to-join ratio
Attrition rate
Analyze HR data for process improvements.
6. Process Improvement
Streamline recruitment and HR operational workflows.
Implement HR automation/tools where required.
Develop SOPs and best practices for HR processes.
