Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Fixed Off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to joining)
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Follow up with candidates for interview and joining
• Manage onboarding process and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic MS Excel & MS Word knowledge
