Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Post job vacancies on Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company criteria.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and department managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary, joining date, documents, and offer acceptance.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and joining-related documents.
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all required documents are collected.
- Handle candidate communication professionally and maintain a good candidate experience.
- Track joining, rejection, drop-out, and hiring status for all candidates.
- Work closely with management and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Assist with maintaining attendance, leave, and employee records where required.
- Support HR in employee engagement, policy implementation, and other HR activities.
