Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter cum HR professional to manage our hiring needs and support daily human resources functions. You will source and screen top talent, guide candidates through the hiring journey, and help build a positive workplace culture.


Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or general HR operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiar with hiring portals or tracking software (ATS).
  • Soft Skills: Strong time-management, multitasking, and interpersonal abilities.
