Job Description

HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Handle offer rollouts and joining formalities.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, etc. (preferred).
