Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct reference and background checks when required.
• Negotiate salary offers and assist with the onboarding process.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
