Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Client HIRING Associate, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with potential candidates, maintaining accurate data, and aligning hiring processes as per business needs. Your role will directly support our goal of delivering quality talent to client projects across various sectors.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and job fit.
2. Maintain detailed and accurate records of each interview and assessment.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and client partners to understand specific hiring requirements.
4. Ensure a smooth candidate experience by facilitating timely communication and feedback.
5. Assist in refining recruitment strategies based on market insights and hiring trends.
Shift Structure & Timings:
· Work Location: Permanent Work from Home
· Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
· Login Duration: 9 hours 30 minutes daily (If login hours are not completed by 7:30 PM, continue until fulfilled)
· Breaks: 1 hour total break + 30 minutes buffer time
· Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
· System Requirements: Laptop, stable Wi-Fi connection, and power backup are mandatory
Hiring Targets & Performance Expectations:
Your daily hiring target will range between 25–50 profiles, depending on:
· The team you are allocated to
· The type and level of interviews you are conducting
· The AHT (Average Handling Time) standard of your specific team
➡ Final targets will be communicated during OJT, based on the team structure and client requirement. Targets are subject to change as per project or process demand.
Training & Compensation:
· Training Duration: 10 days total (5 days Training + 5 days OJT)
· Certification: Post-training, candidates must qualify the certification to proceed further.
· Training Payout: Paid out at the time of Full & Final settlement (F&F)
· Important Compensation & Policy Details:
Pay Date: 12th of every month
· No F&F settlement will be provided in case of termination
· Mandatory Probation Period: 3 months (no resignation allowed during this period).
· Leave Policy: 1 paid leave per month (not applicable in the first month)
