• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars.
• Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters.
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process and post-offer stage.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best hiring practices.
