HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various non-technical roles such as sales, finance, operations, HR, manufacturing, and support functions. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple industries
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and organizational culture
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, references, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
• Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Meet and exceed hiring targets and deadlines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment (preferably in a staffing agency)
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for bulk or niche non-IT roles
• Knowledge of multiple industry verticals (e.g., BFSI, retail, manufacturing)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
