Job Description
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
• Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
• Maintain employee KPI/KRA and performance tracking Excel sheets.
• Prepare monthly HR and performance reports for management.
• Assist in performance appraisals and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure implementation of company HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
