Job Description: HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
• Handle employee grievances and promote a positive work culture.
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
