Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
* Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires
* Maintain employee records and HR databases
* Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
* Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures
* Organize employee engagement activities
* Prepare HR reports and maintain records
Required Skills:
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Basic understanding of HR processes
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
