Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented HVAC Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical sales of HVAC systems, cleanroom projects, dehumidification systems, or environmental control solutions, along with strong business development and client relationship management skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, architects, and project management companies.
• Promote and sell HVAC systems, cleanroom solutions, dehumidification systems, AHUs, and environmental control solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend technically suitable solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, finalize contracts, and successfully close orders.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and pipeline reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.
• Experience in selling HVAC systems, cleanroom projects, dehumidification systems, AHUs, or environmental control solutions.
• Good understanding of HVAC design concepts, cleanroom standards, and pharmaceutical HVAC applications.
• Ability to handle technical discussions with consultants, EPC contractors, and end customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals and participating in tendering processes.
• Self-motivated with excellent business development and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, project discussions, and site visits.
