Job Description

A Study Abroad company is looking for an experienced and motivated IELTS Trainer to prepare students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. The trainer will help students improve their English communication skills and achieve their target band scores for overseas education and immigration purposes.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConduct IELTS coaching sessions for all four modules:
  • Listening
  • Reading
  • Writing
  • Speaking
  • Assess students’ English proficiency and create personalized study plans.
  • Provide training on exam strategies, time management, and scoring techniques.
  • Evaluate mock tests, assignments, and speaking performances.
  • Give constructive feedback to improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
  • Maintain student progress reports and attendance records.
  • Conduct regular mock exams and performance analysis.
  • Support students with interview preparation and communication skills if required.
  • Stay updated with IELTS exam patterns and study materials.
  • Coordinate with the admissions/counseling team regarding student performance.
