We are looking for skilled and passionate kitchen staff to join our culinary team. The following positions are open:

1. Tandoor Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Tandoori dishes including naan, roti, kebabs, and grilled items
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the tandoor station
• Monitor food quality, taste, and portion control
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth service

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling a tandoor oven
• Knowledge of marination and traditional Tandoori recipes
• Good hygiene and work discipline
• Ability to work under pressure during busy hours

2. Indian Cook (Curry & Veg/Non-Veg)Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of Indian curries, rice, and snacks as per standard recipes
• Handle veg and non-veg dishes skillfully
• Ensure taste, quality, and hygiene are maintained
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient stock management

Requirements:

• Experience in Indian cuisine (North Indian preferred)
• Strong knowledge of spices and cooking techniques
• Team player and ability to multitask
• Punctual and responsible

3. Kitchen HelperResponsibilities:

• Assist cooks in basic food preparation and cleaning
• Wash vegetables, chop ingredients, and help in setup
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
• Willingness to learn and support in all kitchen tasks
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking
