Key Responsibilities of the Role

- Reconciliation & Audit: Ensuring payment accuracy and financial compliance.- Payment Processing: Managing payment masters for systematic, timely processing.- Procurement Support: Handling PO and SRN creation.- MIS Reporting: Tracking payment trends and operational bottlenecks.- Provider Relations: Serving as the primary contact for payment queries and grievances.- Internal Coordination: Partnering with Finance to close pending payments.- Process Improvement: Reducing current Turnaround Times (30 days for home collection; 45 days for camps). MediBuddy Introduction:
