Job Description
• Must have excellent communications skills ( verbal & written english ) • Should have experience & proved capability of handling multiple projects simultaneously across the country in multiple cities. Must have handled projects of various types like Offices, Automobile showrooms, warehouses. Should be able to coordinate well with client, site and internal office team to resolve routine issues and ensure timely completion. Must be able to manage contractors, their manpower strength, site supervision team. Should have proved history of delivering quality projects well within stipulated timelines & budget. Must be well versed with BOQs and managing additional work estimates.
