About Volecule

Volecule is a client-side design and project management consultancy specializing in premium residential and commercial interior projects. We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor who can take ownership of day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior fit-out work at project sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other agencies.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure all work meets Volecule’s quality standards.
• Verify site measurements before execution.
• Track project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the design and project management teams to resolve them.
• Maintain daily site reports with photographs, progress updates, manpower details, and material consumption.
• Record measurements for billing and contractor payments.
• Ensure materials received on site match approved specifications and quantities.
• Maintain proper documentation, including checklists, inspection reports, and snag lists.
• Ensure safety practices are followed on site.
• Attend client meetings whenever required and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supervising interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of interior finishing, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related works.
• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp for reporting. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR.
