Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – PMT & Business Development to drive product marketing, brand management, and international business development activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical product management, market research, product launches, and expanding business in international markets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product marketing strategies for domestic and international markets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage product positioning, branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate product launches and support cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and business partners.
• Identify and onboard new clients across global markets.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and prepare business reports.
• Work closely with sales, regulatory, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and international business meetings whenever required.

• Preferred CandidateExperience handling international markets such as Africa, Canada, UK, Middle East, South East Asia, etc.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
