Job Description
Process: Global Debt Recovery and Collection
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Reach out to international debtors via phone and email to discuss pending payments.
- Smart Negotiation: Work with debtors to create fair and workable repayment plans that follow company guidelines.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update system and track your recovery progress.
- Compliance: Follow all standard rules and regulations for fair debt collection practices.
- Problem Solving: Research and locate hard-to-reach debtors to ensure successful collections.
Eligibility:
- English Skills: Must have Good Communication Skills in English (Verbal and Written).
- Education: Open to Graduates and Undergraduates.
- Experience Level:
- Freshers: Welcome! We provide full training and support to help you start.
- Experienced Candidates: Salary is negotiable based on your previous experience.
