Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting property presentations, coordinating site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through various sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients for sales conversion and closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers for updates and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
