Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Associate responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely updates in the system. The candidate will play a key role in managing inventory operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update inventory records in the system

· Track stock levels and ensure accuracy of physical vs system inventory

· Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for stock movement

· Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory

· Perform regular stock audits and report discrepancies

· Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions

· Assist in inventory planning and replenishment

Skills & Requirements:

· Graduate from recognised University .

· 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management

· Basic knowledge of inventory management systems / Excel

· Good attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Experience in stock handling and reporting

· Strong coordination and communication skills
