Inventory Executive

We are looking for a smart and hardworking Inventory Executive for our e-commerce warehouse operations in Mayapuri, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for inventory counting, stock audits, reconciliation, and maintaining inventory accuracy across Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce and warehouse systems.

• Responsibilities:

• Physical stock counting and cycle counting of inventory.
• Match physical stock with software inventory records.
• Identify inventory mismatches and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory reports using Excel.
• Update stock inward and outward records.
• Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams.
• Assist in loading, unloading and movement of stock when required.
• Perform periodic warehouse stock audits.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across marketplaces and warehouse inventory systems.
• Prepare inventory reports for management.

• Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or stock audit.
• Experience in Amazon, Flipkart or e-commerce inventory preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, sorting, basic formulas).
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse work and lifting cartons.
• Honest, disciplined and responsible attitude.
• Experience with warehouse software or inventory management systems is preferred.

• Preferred Experience:

• Amazon FBA inventory handling.
• E-commerce warehouse operations.
• OMS/WMS software experience.
• Barcode scanning and stock reconciliation.
