Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Engagement: Identify and approach potential customers in various settings (events, banks, retail) or via phone.
  • Product Knowledge: Clearly explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and terms to match customer needs.
  • Sales & Application: Persuade customers to apply, guide them through the application process, verify documents, and ensure submission.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide post-sales support, handle inquiries, address complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Database: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on new products, offers, and competitor activities.
